During registration, you are asked for personally identifying information, including your email address. We never sell our contact lists. We use your contact information to keep you advised on your registration, on session scheduling and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time to the weekly email updates.
Refund Policy
The following is an outline of company policy for All City Sportz (ACS) sporting sessions. ACS sessions are viable and will operate with a minimum of six (6) participants. Upon becoming viable, there are no refunds. Prior to viability there is a processing fee for any/all team refunds. That fee will be 20% processing fee per participant of the refunded amount.
No refunds, credits, vouchers, or transfers to a future session, no matter the circumstances within five days of the originally posted start date of the session. There will be a $2 processing fee per individual for all sessions for ALL refunds requested more than five days prior to the originally posted start date.
All sessions must be paid in full using www.allcitysportz.com/register.html, cash will not be excepted at the door. A registration made with credit card constitutes an agreement to provide full payment. Verbal registrations will not be accepted and will not be considered as confirmation for holding a spot without receipt of full payment.
All ACS sporting events have a minimum age requirement of 28 years old. All ACS social events that take place in a bar have a minimum age requirement of 21 years old.
ACS reserves the right to refuse any individual or team without explanation. Upon registration, ACS rules and regulations are to be followed by any and all participants. All participants of each ACS league or event must accept the waiver of liability to participate.
Failure or refusal to waive liability will result in non-participation for that individual and will void any refund or future credit. Rules and regulations are available on-line and in writing upon request. Failure to abide by ACS rules and regulations will result in forfeiture of league/event participation and void any refunds.
